Refund Policy

At OurPetDr, we are committed to providing the highest quality concierge veterinary services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Services
OurPetDr operates on a subscription model, and payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

No Trial Period: We do not offer a free trial period. Subscriptions begin immediately upon payment, and full access to services is granted from that time.

No Refunds for Services Rendered: Refunds are not issued for subscription payments once a subscription has been activated, wellness plans have been developed, or veterinary services have been provided.

Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews at the end of each billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed for a billing period, no refunds will be issued for that cycle. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing period.
2. Partial Refunds for Service Interruptions
In the event that your veterinarian abruptly ceases to provide services, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be guaranteed to all clients of the affected veterinary practice. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a refund may be issued depending on the specific circumstances of the disruption.
3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us at OurPetDr@gmail.com with the following details:

Your name and contact information.

The pet(s) name(s) you signed up.

A description of the issue and the reason for the refund request.

Any relevant receipts or transaction details.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Service Disruptions
In cases of prolonged service interruptions (longer than 48 hours) due to system outages or unforeseen events, we may offer prorated refunds based on the length and severity of the disruption. Please contact us if you believe a refund may be warranted due to a service issue.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the billing cycle. You will retain access to all services until the end of the current billing period.
